Bryan facilitates distribution analysis, investor waterfall calculations, and income tax compliance for Ascent’s new and existing joint ventures. Drawing from over a decade of public accounting experience allows Bryan to bring unique value to all transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings and debt and equity restructurings. Bryan specializes in Real Estate/Hospitality tax accounting, Partnership Taxation, Like-kind exchanges, Tangible Property Regulations Analysis, and depreciation. Bryan lives in Northport, NY with his wife Carissa and their children Branden and Taylor.
